Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 ¼ cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (14.25 ounce) can tomato puree

Directions

Gather all ingredients

  1. Place ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, and egg in a large bowl; mix well until evenly combined, then shape into 16 meatballs.
  2. Pour spaghetti sauce and crushed tomatoes into the slow cooker; stir in tomato purée. Place the meatballs into the sauce mixture.
  3. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
  4. Enjoy!
