Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
Place saltine crackers in a single layer across the entire baking sheet, leaving as little space as possible between crackers (without overlapping them).
Next, in a small saucepan add the butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and keep boiling for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the boiling sugar over the saltines, coating completely.
Bake the crackers for 5 minutes (the sugar mixture will be bubbling).
Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the crackers and return to the oven for another minute or two. You want them melted just enough so you can spread the chocolate.

Spread the chocolate evenly over the saltines and then top with your choice of Christmas sprinkles.
Allow to cool completely, about 2 hours, before breaking into pieces.
