Ingredients:
4 Eggs
200 G of cream
1 chopped tomato
500 G of potato (potato)
2 Calabrian-type sausages
Grated cheese to taste
Chives chopped to taste
Salt, black pepper, oregano and paprika to taste
Extra virgin olive oil or vegetable oil
Sauce:
3 Tablespoons ( soup) well filled with sour cream
2 Tablespoons (soup) well filled with mayonnaise
1 japanese cucumber
3 cloves of garlic
Dill to taste – optional
Preparation:
Place the eggs in a container, the cream and beat well until incorporate and stay a homogeneous mixture.
Then add the chopped chives to taste, chopped tomatoes and season with a pinch of salt.
After each addition, give a quick mixture.
Now peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and distribute in a baking sheet – use, if possible, a marinex.
If not, you can use a way to bake cake, those aluminum.
