JUST FOR YOU Tips

I simply wrap the chicken breast in foil and bake for exactly 15 minutes.

If you’re looking for a way to cook chicken breast in a way that is not only incredibly juicy and tender, but also takes minimal time and effort to cook, then this recipe is for you! This cooking method is incredibly simple and is ideal even for beginner cooks.

Recipe:

For 1 fillet (half of a whole breast).
Oil
1 tbsp.
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp.
Pepper and rosemary to taste.
Mustard (optional) – 1 tbsp.

Here’s how you can cook chicken breast

Let’s start with the fact that we will cook the chicken fillet whole in order to preserve its juiciness as much as possible. I usually remove the small fillets to make the dish look neater on the plate and add leftovers to an omelette, for example.

Take some aluminum foil, form small “lodges” for each fillet – this will allow you to easily and quickly cook several portions at the same time. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator and used in place of sausages for sandwiches.

Grease the chicken with sesame oil for a richer flavor, but you can also use regular vegetable oil.

Then I add a little soy sauce, avoiding the salt so as not to suck the moisture out of the meat.
