INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup brown sugar
¾ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
4 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cloves
½ teaspoon ginger
PREPARATION
Stir flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger in a large bowl.
Knead in butter and continue to mix until combined, about 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop out 1 tablespoon-sized portion of dough and roll into a ball. Place each rolled ball evenly spaced on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
