I never hesitate when I find a new twist on a traditional recipe. I get bored of making the same old meals or appetizers for special events, and I want to surprise my guest with something new each time! I am always on the lookout for interesting new apps, so when I come across a tasty-looking recipe, I immediately give it a test run.
I recently went to a housewarming party and my friend had made these incredible Mexican turkey meatballs. She told me it was a recipe she’s been making for years, and I was happy to find out these were pretty simple to make!
I have to say my husband wasn’t too excited when I told him I was making turkey meatballs. It’s so funny! He does like all kinds of meat but when it comes to meatballs, he seemed to think beef was the only option. But as soon as I told him this was a Mexican dish, he was very interested. And he ended up eating so many of these, we didn’t have any leftovers!
These Mexican meatballs are super easy to make. No weird ingredients, just meatballs, sauce and extra seasoning if you’d like. You can add hot sauce for a kick, if you like extra spicy food.
These are incredibly tasty, whether you serve them for appetizers or for dinner! That’s how all great recipes are, if you ask me; simple, easy and full of flavor! I have made these three times already and I don’t think I could ever get bored of these. Great flavor and delicious taste!
